One of the things I love most about Perth is the epic brunches. Pearth Organic Kitchen is one for any of you super healthy lot; think acai bowels, smashed avo on toast, and beetroot & coconut pancakes (yes, I know, lolz). Anyway, it's a pretty cute little cafe with free parking outside, the only downside is the polished infant trees for seating, that frankly hurts your bum and is clearly designed for the petite gym-goers who frequent the place. My size 12 booty spilled over the edges of the seat and started aching after 30 seconds. Anyway, the food was pretty great hence I'm telling you about it...

Lux Life's October, November, December 2016.
Soooo quite a lot has happened the past two months. I haven't really mentioned it on the blog yet, but I actually moved over to Sydney on 29th November! After six weeks in Perth seeing friends and chilling out with some much needed R&R, I was offered pretty much my dream job over East. A week later I was on that flight headed towards a city I'd only been to twice before! So wanna know more about it and what I've been doing the past two months in Aus? Read on, duh...

The Perfect 3-Step NYE Party Hairstyle With ghd.
With NYE just over a week away, I thought I'd tell you all how to recreate my go-to hairstyle for fancy events. I basically have three go-to hairstyles; natural, blow-dried, and ghd waves. I rarely put my hair up unless I'm attending a white tie event, because I honestly can't stand having my hair up - it makes me feel so naked! If you're a long-time reader of Lux Life, you'll have seen the hairstyle I'm about to give you a quick tutorial on, on me in various posts many times before. It's super easy to achieve, but always looks amazing!

Brunch With a View at Hamptons, City Beach.
With such a long coastline made up of hundreds of pristine white sandy beaches, you're not short of a few places for dining with a view in Perth. The top suburbs I love for dining with a view are Cottesloe, Scarborough, and City Beach. I am a little biased though as I used to live in City Beach, so it has a rather special place in my heart. The old Surf Life Saving building on City Beach was recently knocked down and re-built to house three new restaurants, including Hamptons, which has brought a very welcome change.

15 Photos That Will Make You Want to Visit Scotland.
Oh hello there. I know I've been blogging a little less frequently the past week or two, but I just moved to Sydney last week and have started a new job, so things are a little cray cray what with it being right before Christmas too. I'll have a full post explaining my Sydney move soon, but until them, I thought I'd break up the Perth posts with a little Wanderlust Inspiration for a chilly Wednesday (back in London...it's nice and warm here in Sydney ;)).

Pixel Coffee Brewers, Leederville.
Brunch is one of the most Aussie things you can do. Forget the New York Brunch scene, if you haven't had a proper Aussie brunch, can you even brunch? All jokes aside, the Aussie brunch is a very relaxed affair; full of healthy egg options, acai bowels, and the classic french toast or banana bread on every menu. You wash all this down with a healthy cold-pressed juice or flat white, while snapping photos for your Instagram.
