Luxury Chinese at Chai Wu, Take Two.

I first visited Chai Wu when it opened back in 2014. As you can see from my original review of Chai Wu, I was pretty impressed, but the question always remained - where the dickens was my Passion-fruit cocktail?! Well, two years later I finally got it. And it was pretty darn good. I also tried a few different dishes to last time, including the epic dessert platter. And despite being nestled amongst the men's clothing in Harrods, just like before it still impressed me...

Hotel Review: One Aldwych, London.

Every so often I love nothing more than a staycation in my favourite city. I adore curling up in a big hotel bed and listening to the noise and sirens whizzing around outside, enjoying the delights of a luxury hotel just down the road from my office and favourite haunts, and then heading home to the countryside at the end of it all. This time I stayed right in the heart of London's theatre district, at One Aldwych, right slap bang next to Covent Garden.

Gluten Free and Dairy Free Dining at Indigo, London.

The week before my 25th birthday was full of dinners and celebrating with friends. On the Thursday Jasiminne and I went to One Aldwych to test out their Spring Aperitivos collection cocktails, and the gluten-free and dairy-free menu at their informal restaurant; Indigo. Considering everything on the menu was gluten-free and dairy-free, we were both incredibly impressed with the choices available and the gorgeous surroundings of the hotel.

25th Birthday at Salmontini & Project London.

I still can't believe that I'm 25 today. Where has the time gone!? I still feel as though I was turning 18 just last year. As you all know by now if you're a long term reader, I always have a big birthday bash (you can read about my previous birthdays here), so obviously I had to do something really epic for my quarter century...

Brunch at The Deluanay, Aldwych.

A few weeks ago I went to The Delaunay for brunch with some of my favourite bloggers, to celebrate Aftab and Ellie's birthdays. I really love catching up with blogger friends, and we all had some really delicious brunch dishes, including my stack of pancakes! Just like their sister Corbin & King restaurant, The Wolseley, The Delaunay is a classic European style restaurant full of dark woods, brass, and green leather banquettes.

Ministerium Cantina, Lisbon.

By day Ministerium is a busy restaurant on Libon's main square, Praça do Comércio, whilst by night it turns into a nightclub. We visited during the day...twice...on a 24-hour trip to Lisbon. So that alone tells you just how good the food and cocktails were at this place. It isn't often I go somewhere more than once when I'm travelling as I love experiencing as many different restaurants as possible, but this place was so good that on the Sunday we had two lunches just so we could come back to Ministerium

24 Hours in Lisbon, Portugal.

By the time we got to our hotel in Lisbon on Saturday afternoon, and then left the hotel to go to the airport on Sunday afternoon, we had around 24 hours in Portugal's capital city. We weren't too sure what to expect from the Lisbon, and we just wanted a weekend of delicious food and pretty architecture. We managed to have a nice relaxing weekend and still see plenty, so I thought I'd tell you all about it!

International Fine Dining at Olivier Avenida, Lisbon.

We were only in Lisbon for around 30 hours, which meant we only had one dinner there. It got to around 7pm and we still weren't really sure what we fancied to eat or where we wanted to go, so we asked our hotel concierge for the best place to go for a good atmosphere, and an excellent selection of different dishes. He asked us a few questions about what we were after, then recommended Olivier Avenida. We had a quick look on the internet and it had great reviews, so off we went. Despite very slow service, the food really was incredible...

Walking the Red Carpet at the 2016 Olivier Awards.

You may remember how last year a few friends and I attended the 2015 Olivier Awards, well, we decided to go again this year as we had such a great time! Once again we had an epic time walking up the red carpet, meeting some pretty cool people (my faves were Shirley Bassey and David Gandy), and enjoying the awards show and performances. So, do you fancy going next year? Read on to find out how...

What to Pack in Your Long-Haul Hand Luggage.

With the summer coming up and holidays getting booked, I thought I'd put together a little guide including the main things I pack in my hand-luggage for long haul flights! I travel a lot on long-haul flights, so over the years I've figured out the best things to take and the things you can leave behind and not bother with. As well as my laptop, phone, external hard drive, cameras, chargers, and other electrical bits and pieces, I also take the following with me...

Authentic Italian at Gastrovino, Chelsea.

There aren't many great Italian restaurants in London. As someone who really loves Italian food, my favourites are Polpo, TrulloToto's, and Rivea (Cicchetti is also decent too). However, after experiencing a really exceptional dinner at Gastrovino last week with my friend Jenn, Gastrovino is now very high on that list of best Italian restaurants in London.

Top 5 Natural Eczema Creams For Sensitive Skin.

When I first wrote my Eye Eczema post three years ago I had no idea how much attention it would get, and how many people I would be able to help by just sharing my own horrific experience and reporting back on my findings. Despite this blog being mainly a luxury travel and food blog, as of 2016 over 300,000 people have read that eczema blog post. Hundreds of those have emailed me, thanked me for sharing my experience, for making them feel less alone, and thousands have bought the one product I found that worked for me.

For the majority of these people the product has worked for them too, and so I thought I'd put together a little guide on my other favourite natural eczema creams that I use for the eczema I get on the rest of my body that isn't on my face (although some of these work on the face too).

A useful guide on the top natural eczema creams to help soothe and reduce eczema flare-ups
