Yep, that's right. I've discovered a recipe for s t u f f e d Nutella cookies. That's Nutella cookies, made from just 3 ingredients, that are stuffed with warm runny Nutella that oozes out when you bite into them. You can all thank the lovely Natasha for the recipe, her blog is one of my favourites, it always makes me so hungry. I've finally gotten around to trying this recipe out, and can confirm it's bloody amazing. I'm currently stuck at home sick, and let me tell you, these are the perfect food for when you're sick. They make you feel all warm and fuzzy and happy. I think they might even be better than my 3-ingredient Nutella muffins!
Ingredients:
280g (1 cup) Nutella
1 Cup Flour
1 egg
Enough refrigerated Nutella for stuffing
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees C, then in a large bowl stir the Nutella with the egg. Once it's all mixed together add the flour and stir until it's no longer white and looks like a giant ball of chocolate cookie dough. The mixture will now be *really* thick.
Take a spoonful of the mixture, roll it into a ball and then flatten it between the palms of your hands. Place on a baking tray that's been lined with baking paper, and put a teaspoon of cold Nutella in the center of the flat cookie. Roll a second spoon of dough into a ball and flatten in your palm like last time, then place it over the Nutella and press the edges of the two cookies together to seal them. Repeat until all the cookie dough is gone.
Bake for 6 – 8 minutes then leave to cool a little before enjoying! I found it makes around 6 large cookies or 12 smaller ones.
Enjoy! Tell me, how is your weekend going?
