The Tastiest 3-Ingredient Nutella Muffins Recipe.

My latest baking creation has been one I’ve been dying to try for absolutely ages; the ‘Easy Nutella Muffins’ recipe that is always floating around Pinterest, which only contains three ingredients. Surely it can’t be true?! Delicious Nutella flavoured muffins with just three ingredients!? Well it is true. And they are truly scrumptious!

So, ready to make delish Nutella muffins with just three ingredients? Let’s go!

Before you wonder why on earth the images look different…as I discovered from my Salted Caramel Brownies post, it’s very difficult to bake with a huge heavy camera in hand that has a manual focus lens, and not get blurred photos..so from now on I’ll be doing the ‘during’ shots with my GF3, and the final shots with the D5200, hence the difference in quality. Soz!

Ingredients for Nutella Muffins

Anyway, so to make 6-8 of the easiest Nutella Muffins you’ll ever make, all you need is a cup (that weird US baking measurement) of Nutella, 10tbsp of self raising flour, and 2 eggs. That’s it. Easy.

How to make 3-Ingredient Nutella Muffins

First, pre-heat the oven to 200°C. Now put all three ingredients into a mixing bowl, and grab a fork and mix them all together as hard as you can. Again, easy!
Now, get some muffin cases and put them into a muffin tray, then fill them two thirds full of the muffin mixture. Then put them into your pre-heated oven, and leave them for 15-20 minutes.
I put mine on a little too high a heat (220°C) and they went slightly black in places…so I disguised this by making them even yummier, and bunged a load of slightly-melted Nutella on top as frosting!
Ta-da, delicious muffin cupcakes with just three ingredients.

These look phenomenal! I adore Nutella, to the point where I can't let myself buy it as I will eat the whole tub with a spoon. Now if it were to be used for baking, maybe I could allow myself… 😛
