Caudalie Vinoperfect Day Perfecting Fluid Review.

A couple of weeks ago I got the Caudalie Vinoperfect Day Perfecting Fluid, after hearing amazing things about it, and I'm SO impressed! I use it every morning. It goes on my skin smoothly, despite the colour blends in and disappears so you can't see it, and leaves my skin feeling baby soft and smelling like citrus. I've read that a lot of people don't like the citrus smell, but I find it really refreshing, it isn't too overpowering and smells very light. It's also oil-free and SPF 15 - bonus!

The changes I've noticed are incredible, when I have days where I don't wear make-up I find myself constantly looking in the mirror at the healthy glow of my skin and the freshness of my complexion. I'm getting less breakouts and when I do wear make-up I find this the perfect primer. I've struggled for so many years to find the 'perfect' skincare product for my skin, as it's so weird (very dry apart from the t-zone which is oily, very sensitive, and bad breakouts) and I feel like I've finally found that perfect product.

For a while now I've been using the Nutrimetics oil balancing cleanser and Clinique 7-day scrub to control breakouts, and this routine coupled with the Caudalie fluid has made such a huge difference! These three products work amazingly well for me and I haven't had to use my Panoxyl to control my skin for over a week now (panoxyl was never a great option for me as it dries the skin out - but it was the only thing that controlled my breakouts).

Although I love this product, don't expect it to be a 'wonder' product, as it isn't, I do still get the odd breakout (after all - it isn't made for breakouts, it just so happens to help mine), but it is very close to being a wonder product! The radiance it gives to my skin is just amazing, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The only issue really is the price, at £38 from Feel Unique for a 30ml tube it's pricey...but I'll let you know when I finish the tube how long it lasted and whether or not I think the price is worth it :)

Have you tried this? What's your favourite Caudalie product?

I'm in Tatler.

You may remember my post on my friend Lotte's birthday party, well, a couple of days later the party surfaced in Tatler Bystander, and I was in photo number 7 with the birthday girls Lotte and Tish, and our friend Amy (see screenshot below) who's birthday I blogged about a couple of weeks ago. Now we're all waiting for October's magazine to come out to see if we made it to that. Exciting huh!

YooMoo Frozen Yoghurt - Supermarket Range.

After my review post on YooMoo's in-store froyo range, the lovely PR girls over there sent me some vouchers so I could review their supermarket range as well. Obviously the at-home range is very different to the in-store, as it's in tubs, so you don't get that lovely oozing smooth froyo out of the machine and the huge range of toppings (unless you buy them yourself), but it still tasted absolutely delicious, and was definitely one of the best frozen yoghurt ranges I've tried at home. It's creamy and tastes just like ice-cream, but it's so much healthier! The strawberry flavour isn't too over-powering, but isn't too weak either, and the natural is just what it says, totally naked and just full of creamy frozen yoghurty goodness! Perfect.

Sadly our supermarket didn't have the chocolate, so we got strawberry and natural.
The only bad thing about YooMoo froyo, isn't the froyo, but the tubs. They're actually quite difficult to open, as the plastic bit that you break to lift it up isn't very clearly defined.

The cheeseball photos. Shoving froyo in my mouth.
Seriously though, this froyo is amazing!

My brother has a straaange way of eating froyo...he eats it as if he's eating an ice-cream on a cone.
It was so yummy we took the tubs outside and ate it straight out the tub!
After finding out that natural Frozen Yoghurt is good for Dogs, we just knew that we had to see if Dylan liked it. We put a large scoop of the natural YooMoo on a spoon, and held it out for him...as you can see, he loved it! It was a hot day so was the perfect refreshing treat for him.

Just like us, he licked the spoon clean and was left wanting more!

If you want to try YooMoo's at home range, you can find it in your local supermarket, and they do both big tubs and little tubs!

A Debaucherous Birthday Party.

I had a full weekend of partying this weekend, so I'm spending my day off today writing blog posts and napping/recovering. Yesterday was the infamous Rhidian bash. Every year my friend celebrates his birthday by inviting all of his friends to join him at his house for a night of debauchery. It starts in the early afternoon, and usually goes on until the afternoon of the following day, some people even go straight to work from the party (it's always on a Sunday).

You probably won't believe what went on if I told you...so I'll just have to show you in photos...

There were two bouncy castles...

A lot of seesha smokin'...

As the sun went down croquet was played on the croquet lawn...

Before the partying really started...

Yes. There is a POLE in the living room.

After dancing the night away we went back to the Bouncy Castles...

After our last few jumps on the bouncy castle pretending we were kids again, we then ran back to the house, threw the cameras to the ground, stripped off, and jumped into the indoor heated swimming pool. After a couple of hours floating lazily around we then headed back outside to the hot tub, where Pimms was drunk, Caviar was eaten, and the partying continued...

After the hot tub, we all headed to the dungeon. The sex dungeon. Complete with swings, chains drilled to the walls, stocks, and a swinging bed...
Martin tests out the swinging bed...
...while I pushed a lovely young man out of the swing. Seriously, I wanted a go!

My new Gay best friend Martin had great fun taking photos! The swing was actually surprisingly comfortable, but no, I won't be buying one. And obviously clothes stayed on and no funny business occurred - promise. It wasn't that sort of party!
I finally got home in the early hours of this morning after the tiredness became too much. Some of my friends stayed on until 6am swimming and partying hard, as we all do best.

PS; God help me if my family sees this. Once again, I promise nothing happened and clothes stayed on!

Diamonds Are Forever James Bond Party.

Last night was my friend Lotte's birthday party, and much to all of our delight, it was James Bond themed! So it gave us the perfect chance to dress up all glamorous and throw on the good jewellery!

Enjoy the photos...

How incredible is her dress!!!

Half way through the party Ciara and I felt we needed a large meal, so we walked 'round the corner to VQ and satisfied our munchies with meatballs and spaghetti and apple crumble, before going back to continue the partying...

We made full use of my VQ VIP card. It's a very handy little piece of plastic.
Back at the house the party was in full swing and the drunken photo taking had begun...
