Lux Box - January.

Last week I received the January Lux Box, however I didn't want to post straight away as I wanted to actually use the products first. Despite only four products being in this month's box, with three of them samples, I was actually really excited and impressed with the box! The reason? They were organic and natural! YAY!

The product I'm most impressed with is the Balm Balm lipbalm, which can also be used anywhere else on the body. I've been using it on my dry eyes to see if it works as well as the Dr Organics Manuka Honey, as although I love the Manuka Honey cream, it's in a large glass pot so isn't great for travelling with! The Balm Balm is working wonders on my dry eyes, so is definitely going into my travel bag. I also really like the scent, despite hating rose scented products...but this one is really subtle and lovely, and at £3.99, it's super affordable!

The John Masters organics conditioner and shampoo are both gorgeous, they smell heavenly! It's just a shame the full-sized bottles are so pricey at £16 each :(

The Dr Bragi moisturiser is a whopping £120 for a 50ml tube, and to be honest I haven't noticed anything from it, but I guess you can't really tell how well it works from a small sample.

Overall I'm really impressed with this months Lux Box, I just wish they included more natural and organic products in the boxes every month rather than just doing a special box.

Did you get this box? What are your thoughts?

  3. Looks delicious. :) I just like the name John Masters on products - there is something about men's names on beauty products that makes them sounds especially luxurious...wonder why. :)
