After my post on my my struggle with eye eczema, the lovely people at Dr Organic sent me some of their natural products for dry and irritated skin. They sent the Organic Manuka Honey Rescue Cream(available here in the UKand here in the USA), the Organic Aloe Vera Eye Gel, and the Organic Aloe Vera Gel. Long story short, the Dr Organics Manuka Honey Rescue Cream (what a mouthful!) has literally saved my poor dry eczema eyes! The eczema around my eyes has completely cleared up with it. The Aloe Vera products didn’t do much, but are lovely products for sunburn etc.
I absolutely love Aloe Vera, so was very excited to see those two products, and I was intrigued by the Manuka Honey Rescue Cream after seeing a review of it on Liberty London Girl, who hailed it a ‘Hero Beauty Product’. Over a year ago I wrote a post about the Thursday Plantation Aloe Vera gel, but sadly I’ve only been able to find it in Australia, and as I use it so often and don’t go back to Perth as much as I used to, I love that I’ve now found a similar product in the UK!
Manuka Honey Rescue Cream Review
Now this I was a bit nervous about, despite LLG’s great review, mainly because of the scent. I’m not a huge honey fan, so was worried it would be a really sweet sickly smell, but actually it’s a lovely fresh smell and in fact very subtle. I love how this product comes in a glass pot, it makes it feel so much more luxurious! The cream itself has no nasty chemicals and is completely natural, and is safe to use on broken, sensitive and irritated skin, and I can even use it on my eyes – perfect!
The cream is really thick, but makes the skin really soft, and it cleared the eczema up within a couple of days and moisturised them completely! Success! This is literally my go-to eczema cream now, whenever I have a flare up or my skin gets a little dry, I put this on regularly and within days the eczema is completely gone and my skin is baby soft again. Amazing! I’m so happy to finally have something that works and doesn’t have nasty chemicals in it. It’s literally a miracle cream.

Edit: I’ve been using this cream every day as a day&night moisturiser as well as for my eczema, and my skin has never been better! It’s incredible, my skin has almost completely cleared up and I’m getting far less breakouts. It’s also saving my skin from dryness during all this cold weather. So happy with it! I’ve also had countless people coming to me thanking me for the recommendation as it’s worked wonders for them too and cleared up their eczema!
Hmm. It didn’t really do anything for me, I tried this before the Manuka Honey cream, and although it definitely soothed my irritated eyes, it didn’t ‘retain moisture’ or help the dry-ness/eczema as far as I could see or feel. I think this would be perfect for someone without dry skin on their eyes, and I will continue to use it as it’s very soothing. I just don’t think it’s strong enough to hydrate and retain moisture in such dry skin.
Excited to try this, it didn’t disappoint and definitely hydrated my ‘normal’ (ie; not eczema covered) skin on my body (haven’t used it on my face). I’ll be slathering this on over the summer and when I’m on holiday having been out in the sun! Although it does the same as the Thursday Plantation Aloe Vera gel, it doesn’t smell as nice. It smells quite clinical and chemically, even though it doesn’t have any chemicals, whereas the Thursday Plantation one has a much nicer smell. This gel can be bought from from Amazon both in the UK and USA, or in-store at Holland and Barrett.
Overall I absolutely love the Manuka Honey cream, and will definitely be using it more regularly! The Aloe Vera Eye Gel I’ll just use to soothe my eyes when they’re itchy and sore, but it definitely isn’t strong enough to hydrate them, and the Aloe Vera Gel I’ll be using constantly in the Summer as an after-sun gel!
I really do love that these products are completely natural, and I’m so impressed I think I’m going to go and buy some more of their products to test out. After reading some more articles on eczema and natural products, I think I’m going to try and change my hair products and all skincare to organic and natural brands, so I’ll have a look at Dr Organics products for that.I just hate knowing that SLS’s and parabens are going into my skin.

The Manuka Honey rescue cream is literally a lifesaver! My eczema returned Christmas eve and after a couple of layers of cream on it it completely disappeared right in time for Christmas day 🙂

Hi have bad eczma under the eyes which causes me to have downward wrinkle line in the corner of my eye which makes me very self conscious. Does the dr organic cream help with this at all. Thanks for any help as it reallt gets me down.

Just came here after reading about your eye eczema. Going to go to Holland and Barret and see if they have the Manuka Honey cream. I think I have some sort of randomly sporadically seasonal eye eczema and have a pretty big flare up at the moment. I've never managed to find a moituriser that works for my eczema and my dry/normal skin either. Thanks for this, hopefully it'll help me too!

Thank you! Thank You! I've looked exactly like your pictures for the past 10 years. It used to be a flare here and there then became cyclical with my period and is now pretty constant as my hormones are changing (I'm 50 now). I hope I can find these products on the internet. Something for you to keep in mind. Track your flares and determine if they match your period. Flaring 7-10 days before your period begins. If so, look into Autoimmune Progesterone Dermatitis, APD for short. There is such a thing. I finally found a female derm doctor that tested me for it and I had a positive reaction. It is a very simple skin test involving the injection of a small amount of progesterone under your skin. I mainly flare on my eyelids but have also had cyclical rashes in different areas of my body. Groin, under breasts, front or back of neck, inside forearms. Thank you again for the information. I hope my information helps someone as well.

No worries! Yes, use it as much as you need to, it's a natural product so won't do you any harm. I put a thin layer on as soon as I feel my eyes getting dry again, but I'd say use it at least twice a day, and then at night really heap it on and let it soak in while you sleep.
In the time being, hmm, do you get Moogoo or BalmBalm in the US?
I too have been battling eczema since I was an infant – soon to turn 60….I am so in hopes of finding this product on line or a health food store might carry these wonderful products. Eczema around my eyes has been terrible the past two months….desperate for relief. Comforting to know there are others who struggle with the same problem. Thanks for sharing your information.

The pictures of your eyes look exactly like my poor ravaged eyes at the moment 🙁
I've been suffering with this for the last 6-7 months now with no diagnosis or relief and it's just gradually got worse. The last visit I had to the doctor brought about her suggestion that I apply sudocrem twice a day and take antihistimines. She didn't say it was eczema though – was thinking it was an allergic reaction. So I've been to see a nutritionalist and been allergy tested for foods and ended up eliminated loads of things like eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus fruits but they're still no better.
It's only while looking around on the internet I got to wondering if it was eczema, and now I've looked at the photos here of your eyes, they look exactly like mine.
They're so very red and hideously swollen on waking this morning – looked like I'd been crying for about 4 days! Put on some e45 cream but that stung like hell and seemed to make them redder, so I followed it up with some sudocrem which seemed to soothe them a bit. It's so thick and white though, I can't sit here in a busy office looking like such a state.
Really been getting me down (and I definitely think stress makes it worse) but feel a bit better to at least have a name for what's wrong with me.

Hey there – I'm wondering if I can purchase these products in the U.S.? I moved to the midwest few years ago and have been dealing with eczema on a daily basis. It doesn't help that I live with a cat.
My eczema is the worst around my eyes and I just keep rubbing them. Doesn't help that I'm a contacts lens wearer.
Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have severe eczema around the eyes just like you posted in your blog. My eyes have swelled up to twice their size and I look like I've been in a boxing match.
Is the Manuka Honey Rescue Cream ok to put on the eyes? I'm sick of putting creams on that are dangerous to my eyes but I'm so desperate. Likd you said it's like sand paper.

Hi, yes it is safe to put on the eyelids and around the eyes. I've been using it regularly for nearly a year and haven't had any problems – it's just soothed and fixed my eczema. It's a natural product so doesn't have any harmful chemicals in it that could potentially damage the eye or skin.

Oh no! If it's swollen it may be an allergy? Have you had allergy tests done? I had them done and it turns out I'm allergic to mold, so my eyes get swollen during Autumn when the mold spores are all in the air. I have to take cetirizine allergy tablets every day to keep the swelling down.
Go to your doctor and ask them about allergies xx

Hi, I been on google for the past hour trying to find a remedy to my horrible dry patch in the inner corner of my eye, and I happen so stumbled on to your post on your 'struggle on eczema on your eyes '. My dry patch looks just the same but in the inner corner (i'm not sure if you would consider it as eczema though), plus its on one eye as well. I've tried so many eye creams even vaseline at night…after seeing this blog post you've given me hope that there is something I could try. One question though because I would be applying the cream quite close to the inner corner in my eye wouldn't my eye get irritated from the cream if it happen so went in my eye.
Really happy i've found someone I can relate to with this struggle.

Hi Catherine, thank you for your very honest blogs, I can really sympathise with you.
I've very recently had a big eczema flare up, last Friday as it happens. It has gone from being all over my neck to over my face and eyes, it is so bad my eyes and cheeks have swollen, I really do look like I've done 12 rounds with Mike Tyson but without the bruising! (Glad to say he came off worse!)
I found your blog strangely reassuring, just to know that somebody else and from the comments a lot of other people suffer with this. I do believe stress is my main cause but this has hit me like a ton of bricks as I feel perfectly fine but was stressed a few weeks back and looking at my face, I must have been really stressed!!
Trouble is it a catch 22 situation isn't it. You feel stressed, you calm down – then the stress decides to rear its ugly head again and you end up looking like something out of a Halloween film which then makes you even more stressed and so it goes on!
I'm really intrigued by the Manuka Honey Rescue Cream. I have such sensitive skin also, I can't use anything which foams and I too have to try out product after product just to see if it is going to cause any irritation. The other issue I have is my nut allergy, finding natural / organic products without almond oil and/or a coconut base is like finding a needle in a haystack!
What are the Manuka Honey Rescue Cream ingredients? I'm very tempted to try the product but will be unable to if it has any nut derivatives so I'd prefer to be disappointed now rather than standing in the shop holding it in my hands!
I'm thinking I'll introduce this cream into my night regime as I do find Vitamin C serums (Obagi) to be very good and my skin seems to quite like the eye serum but I sometimes feel I want a thicker cream on my eyes, especially at night. I'm starting to think it is a good idea to mix up the creams that I use, I don't know about your skin but mine seems to become tolerant to certain creams and they then don't do anything when I have a big flare up, which is what I'm experiencing at the moment which leads me to having to find another one that will work and so it goes on!
Aveno has been my saviour, I know it isn't natural but it was either this or a prescribed steroid cream…funnily enough the Aveno worked better than any steroid cream I've ever been prescribed not that they can prescribe them to me any more as I simply want to rip my face off once I've used them.
Apologies for going on and on but I felt inspired to write to you as your blog post was an article I could really, really relate to and I've not found any other eczema posts as inspiring, once again thank you for sharing your story so honestly.
I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that I too can invest in your saviour cream.

I'm glad I found this post and I'm both excited and hopeful that this product will work for me too. I'm a 27 year old guy and I've had eczema and asthma my whole life, but I struggle most with terrible eczema around my eyes. I also see people looking at it when I'm walking down the street and I always assume they must think I'm some kind of drug addict.
Eye doctors told me to go to dermatologists, dermatologists told me to go to allergists, allergists told me to go back to dermatologists, etc. One dermatologist prescribed prescription Lotemax but told me I could only use it once in a while–it's a steroid and can cause thinning of the eyelid and damage to the eye. Hopefully this rescue cream will work for me so I don't need that anymore.
I'm curious to know if, just over a year after you wrote this post, it still works just as well for you.

I still get the eye eczema every now and then, but it isn't as bad as it used to be as I've changed all the products I use to natural ones so I get less flare ups. However eczema isn't curable, so you'll probably get flare ups every now and then throughout your life. When I use the cream and the eczema settles down, then yes my eyes go back to normal (no redness, dryness or wrinkles). Hope this helps!

I read your blog because I have the similar issue with eczema myself. I am desperate for any remedy because I've been trying like almost everything and nothing works!
Thus I decided to try this one out.
However a slight problem occurred. I have ordered it through Australian Organic Products website as you recommended above. However I did not receive any tracking order for the good once they took the payment through PayPal. 2 days later I went to the website and ask a question under its "Contact Us" section about the estimated delivery time. I did not receive any reply yet. And today when I checked the website, it's gone. It said "Bad Hosting Name" and website could not be found 🙁
Have you ordered the cream from them? Anyone else have the same experience with Australian Organic Products? It's not the money I'm concerned about.. it's the medication that I've been dying to get for my eczema 🙁
I hope no one ever had similar experience again. Been 2 weeks and it's still itching like crazy.

As others have said; thanks so much for sharing your experiences. After 4 months of really struggling, trying oral steroids, steroid creams, various different emollients and ointments with noting keeping the redness, and itchiness at bay I've been getting pretty desperate to find something that works!
I've decided to definitely switch to all natural products – it just seems to make so much sense. I bought the Manuka Honey Cream that you've suggested and it has definitely helped to soften the cracking/dry skin. I do have a question though; it makes my skin feel quite tight, taught and stings a little. Did you experience this too? My skin just seems to eat it up!
Also, what natural mascara have you found that works well?

Hello!
Yes, at first because my skin as so cracked it stung a little, but that soon went and within a few days it had cleared up. I now apply the cream as soon as my skin feels dry, so I never get that stinging/tight feeling.
Lavera do natural mascaras, however I do use my normal Max Factor one on weekends or when I go out and it seems fine in short bursts 🙂

This is such a life saver!! I never used to have this problem, but over the past year I developed this eyelid eczema. I turns out that I developed an allergy to MAC eye makeup {(which I've been using for 15 years). But once the eczema started, I couldn't seem to get rid of it (even when I stopped using makeup for a few weeks). It would flare back up and the steroid cream would only work while I used it, and was only allowed to use it for a week at a time.
Anyhow, I use the Manuka honey cream on my eyelids every night, and I've switched to Dr Hauschka's eye makeup — and the ezcema has completely disappeared! I thought I was going to have to completely stop wearing makeup. But this honey cream is amazing.

I had never had issues with my skin other than normal harmonal breakouts and a little too much oil-(I am 24). Then one day the neutrogena face bar for acne prone skin that I had been using for at least 6 months, gave me a terrible* allergic reaction.
So after the reaction calmed, I was left with imbalanced, troubled skin that reacted off of everything. I bought so many foundations, ranging from 10-45$, same with face washes, lotions etc.
my eyes were flaky and raw and red and swollen and I could no longer wear makeup because I wanted to scratch my eyes out. I'm a huge believer in organic products and tried everything under the sun, and they still didn't hydrate my eyelids and it was starting to spread to my cheeks. I saw that infamous blog and took another chance since it's only 12$ and it was the best choice I've ever made.
I love the smell, it's very light, as is the cream itself. I put it on my cheeks and never break out. I wouldn't necessarily call it soothing, but after one day, my flakes were gone. It's been about two weeks and my eyes are pretty much healed. I only apply it once in the morning and when I go to bed. I will continue to buy this and use it daily even though my eyes are healed- because it's good to keep your eyelids hydrated anyway. 😊
Don't be afraid to buy, as it's well worth every penny.

Went out and bought this today! Feel amazing so far! My eyes look exactly like yours and for so long I thought it was just me who suffered! Hopefully gone are the days of sitting through my uni lectures not being able to concentrate because my eyes are so sore!
I just wanted to mention, I also suffer from eczema on my hands which comes up as little blisters that become very sore! The manuka honey hand cream is the thing I go to for this that totally clears it up. I'm so glad you posted this as I had no idea they did this cream too!!

hey try organic aloe vera….my super market actually sells the aloe leaf and I cut it open and place right on my eczema….if you cant get the whole aloe leaf, try the Made from Earth Pure Aloe Vera…its the closest thing to real aloe vera you can buy, and I ordered mine online.

Hi! So I’ve tried this for a few days now with no such luck :/, this may be a dumb question, too… but the eyelid I’m treating- it gets actually a little itchy when I apply the cream and the corresponding eye gets some non stop goopy tears- is that normal?!

Hi have bad eczma under the eyes which causes me to have downward wrinkle line in the corner of my eye which makes me very self conscious. Does the dr organic cream help with this at all. Thanks for any help as it reallt gets me down.

Just came here after reading about your eye eczema. Going to go to Holland and Barret and see if they have the Manuka Honey cream. I think I have some sort of randomly sporadically seasonal eye eczema and have a pretty big flare up at the moment. I've never managed to find a moituriser that works for my eczema and my dry/normal skin either. Thanks for this, hopefully it'll help me too!

It used to be a flare here and there then became cyclical with my period and is now pretty constant as my hormones are changing (I'm 50 now). I hope I can find these products on the internet. Something for you to keep in mind. Track your flares and determine if they match your period. Flaring 7-10 days before your period begins. If so, look into Autoimmune Progesterone Dermatitis, APD for short. There is such a thing. I finally found a female derm doctor that tested me for it and I had a positive reaction. It is a very simple skin test involving the injection of a small amount of progesterone under your skin. I mainly flare on my eyelids but have also had cyclical rashes in different areas of my body. Groin, under breasts, front or back of neck, inside forearms. Thank you again for the information. I hope my information helps someone as well.

No worries! Yes, use it as much as you need to, it's a natural product so won't do you any harm. I put a thin layer on as soon as I feel my eyes getting dry again, but I'd say use it at least twice a day, and then at night really heap it on and let it soak in while you sleep.
In the time being, hmm, do you get Moogoo or BalmBalm in the US?

I too have been battling eczema since I was an infant – soon to turn 60….I am so in hopes of finding this product on line or a health food store might carry these wonderful products. I've been suffering with this for the last 6-7 months now with no diagnosis or relief and it's just gradually got worse. The last visit I had to the doctor brought about her suggestion that I apply sudocrem twice a day and take antihistimines. She didn't say it was eczema though – was thinking it was an allergic reaction. So I've been to see a nutritionalist and been allergy tested for foods and ended up eliminated loads of things like eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus fruits but they're still no better.
It's only while looking around on the internet I got to wondering if it was eczema, and now I've looked at the photos here of your eyes, they look exactly like mine.
They're so very red and hideously swollen on waking this morning – looked like I'd been crying for about 4 days! Put on some e45 cream but that stung like hell and seemed to make them redder, so I followed it up with some sudocrem which seemed to soothe them a bit. It's so thick and white though, I can't sit here in a busy office looking like such a state.
Really been getting me down (and I definitely think stress makes it worse) but feel a bit better to at least have a name for what's wrong with me.

Hey there – I'm wondering if I can purchase these products in the U.S.? I moved to the midwest few years ago and have been dealing with eczema on a daily basis. It doesn't help that I live with a cat.
My eczema is the worst around my eyes and I just keep rubbing them. Doesn't help that I'm a contacts lens wearer.

Hi, yes it is safe to put on the eyelids and around the eyes. I've been using it regularly for nearly a year and haven't had any problems – it's just soothed and fixed my eczema. It's a natural product so doesn't have any harmful chemicals in it that could potentially damage the eye or skin.

Oh no! If it's swollen it may be an allergy? Have you had allergy tests done? I had them done and it turns out I'm allergic to mold, so my eyes get swollen during Autumn when the mold spores are all in the air. I have to take cetirizine allergy tablets every day to keep the swelling down.

Hi, I been on google for the past hour trying to find a remedy to my horrible dry patch in the inner corner of my eye, and I happen so stumbled on to your post on your 'struggle on eczema on your eyes '. My dry patch looks just the same but in the inner corner (i'm not sure if you would consider it as eczema though), plus its on one eye as well. I've tried so many eye creams even vaseline at night…after seeing this blog post you've given me hope that there is something I could try. One question though because I would be applying the cream quite close to the inner corner in my eye wouldn't my eye get irritated from the cream if it happen so went in my eye.
Really happy i've found someone I can relate to with this struggle.

I've very recently had a big eczema flare up, last Friday as it happens. It has gone from being all over my neck to over my face and eyes, it is so bad my eyes and cheeks have swollen, I really do look like I've done 12 rounds with Mike Tyson but without the bruising! (Glad to say he came off worse!)
I found your blog strangely reassuring, just to know that somebody else and from the comments a lot of other people suffer with this. I do believe stress is my main cause but this has hit me like a ton of bricks as I feel perfectly fine but was stressed a few weeks back and looking at my face, I must have been really stressed!!
Trouble is it a catch 22 situation isn't it. You feel stressed, you calm down – then the stress decides to rear its ugly head again and you end up looking like something out of a Halloween film which then makes you even more stressed and so it goes on!
I'm really intrigued by the Manuka Honey Rescue Cream. I have such sensitive skin also, I can't use anything which foams and I too have to try out product after product just to see if it is going to cause any irritation. The other issue I have is my nut allergy, finding natural / organic products without almond oil and/or a coconut base is like finding a needle in a haystack!
What are the Manuka Honey Rescue Cream ingredients? I'm very tempted to try the product but will be unable to if it has any nut derivatives so I'd prefer to be disappointed now rather than standing in the shop holding it in my hands!
I'm thinking I'll introduce this cream into my night regime as I do find Vitamin C serums (Obagi) to be very good and my skin seems to quite like the eye serum but I sometimes feel I want a thicker cream on my eyes, especially at night. I'm starting to think it is a good idea to mix up the creams that I use, I don't know about your skin but mine seems to become tolerant to certain creams and they then don't do anything when I have a big flare up, which is what I'm experiencing at the moment which leads me to having to find another one that will work and so it goes on!
Aveno has been my saviour, I know it isn't natural but it was either this or a prescribed steroid cream…funnily enough the Aveno worked better than any steroid cream I've ever been prescribed not that they can prescribe them to me any more as I simply want to rip my face off once I've used them.
Apologies for going on and on but I felt inspired to write to you as your blog post was an article I could really, really relate to and I've not found any other eczema posts as inspiring, once again thank you for sharing your story so honestly.

I'm glad I found this post and I'm both excited and hopeful that this product will work for me too. I'm a 27 year old guy and I've had eczema and asthma my whole life, but I struggle most with terrible eczema around my eyes. I also see people looking at it when I'm walking down the street and I always assume they must think I'm some kind of drug addict.
Eye doctors told me to go to dermatologists, dermatologists told me to go to allergists, allergists told me to go back to dermatologists, etc. One dermatologist prescribed prescription Lotemax but told me I could only use it once in a while–it's a steroid and can cause thinning of the eyelid and damage to the eye. Hopefully this rescue cream will work for me so I don't need that anymore.
I'm curious to know if, just over a year after you wrote this post, it still works just as well for you.

I still get the eye eczema every now and then, but it isn't as bad as it used to be as I've changed all the products I use to natural ones so I get less flare ups. However eczema isn't curable, so you'll probably get flare ups every now and then throughout your life. When I use the cream and the eczema settles down, then yes my eyes go back to normal (no redness, dryness or wrinkles). Hope this helps!

I read your blog because I have the similar issue with eczema myself. I am desperate for any remedy because I've been trying like almost everything and nothing works!
Thus I decided to try this one out.
However a slight problem occurred. I have ordered it through Australian Organic Products website as you recommended above. However I did not receive any tracking order for the good once they took the payment through PayPal. 2 days later I went to the website and ask a question under its "Contact Us" section about the estimated delivery time. I did not receive any reply yet. And today when I checked the website, it's gone. It said "Bad Hosting Name" and website could not be found 🙁
Have you ordered the cream from them? Anyone else have the same experience with Australian Organic Products? It's not the money I'm concerned about.. it's the medication that I've been dying to get for my eczema 🙁
I hope no one ever had similar experience again. Been 2 weeks and it's still itching like crazy.

As others have said; thanks so much for sharing your experiences. After 4 months of really struggling, trying oral steroids, steroid creams, various different emollients and ointments with noting keeping the redness, and itchiness at bay I've been getting pretty desperate to find something that works!
I've decided to definitely switch to all natural products – it just seems to make so much sense. I bought the Manuka Honey Cream that you've suggested and it has definitely helped to soften the cracking/dry skin. I do have a question though; it makes my skin feel quite tight, taught and stings a little. Did you experience this too? My skin just seems to eat it up!
Also, what natural mascara have you found that works well?

Yes, at first because my skin as so cracked it stung a little, but that soon went and within a few days it had cleared up. I now apply the cream as soon as my skin feels dry, so I never get that stinging/tight feeling.
Lavera do natural mascaras, however I do use my normal Max Factor one on weekends or when I go out and it seems fine in short bursts 🙂

This is such a life saver!! I never used to have this problem, but over the past year I developed this eyelid eczema. I turns out that I developed an allergy to MAC eye makeup {(which I've been using for 15 years). But once the eczema started, I couldn't seem to get rid of it (even when I stopped using makeup for a few weeks). It would flare back up and the steroid cream would only work while I used it, and was only allowed to use it for a week at a time.
Anyhow, I use the Manuka honey cream on my eyelids every night, and I've switched to Dr Hauschka's eye makeup — and the ezcema has completely disappeared! I thought I was going to have to completely stop wearing makeup. But this honey cream is amazing.

I had never had issues with my skin other than normal harmonal breakouts and a little too much oil-(I am 24). Then one day the neutrogena face bar for acne prone skin that I had been using for at least 6 months, gave me a terrible* allergic reaction.
So after the reaction calmed, I was left with imbalanced, troubled skin that reacted off of everything. I bought so many foundations, ranging from 10-45$, same with face washes, lotions etc.
my eyes were flaky and raw and red and swollen and I could no longer wear makeup because I wanted to scratch my eyes out. I'm a huge believer in organic products and tried everything under the sun, and they still didn't hydrate my eyelids and it was starting to spread to my cheeks. I saw that infamous blog and took another chance since it's only 12$ and it was the best choice I've ever made.
I love the smell, it's very light, as is the cream itself. I put it on my cheeks and never break out. I wouldn't necessarily call it soothing, but after one day, my flakes were gone. It's been about two weeks and my eyes are pretty much healed. I only apply it once in the morning and when I go to bed. I will continue to buy this and use it daily even though my eyes are healed- because it's good to keep your eyelids hydrated anyway. 😊

Went out and bought this today! Feel amazing so far! My eyes look exactly like yours and for so long I thought it was just me who suffered! Hopefully gone are the days of sitting through my uni lectures not being able to concentrate because my eyes are so sore!

hey try organic aloe vera….my super market actually sells the aloe leaf and I cut it open and place right on my eczema….if you cant get the whole aloe leaf, try the Made from Earth Pure Aloe Vera…its the closest thing to real aloe vera you can buy, and I ordered mine online.
