Pearl Drops Hollywood Smile.

After years of staining my teeth by drinking coca-cola regularly, as well as destroying the enamel from sucking and eating whole lemons, I'm fed up with my discoloured and yellowed teeth. They're perfectly healthy, they're just majorly stained and not as 'cosmetically' appealing as some. I personally hate the discolouration of my teeth, and have been considering getting them whitened for some time...I just don't know what type to go for, and where to go, etc etc. But I thought I'd give this product a try first. At £4 it's a much cheaper option than whitening, and after all, it does promise on the packaging 'up to 4 shades whiter in just 3 weeks!'. So, did it make my teeth up to 4 shades whiter? No. Not at all. Not even one shade lighter.

I've been using this toothpaste for a couple of months now (a lot longer than the apparent 3 weeks it takes for it to work), and I haven't noticed a single difference. I'm actually really disappointed with this product, and I guess now I'm gonna have to try professional teeth whitening.

Do any of you have any tips or know of any good (and reasonably priced) places to get my teeth whitened?

  1. i tried pearl drops too, didnt work for me either! Give White Glo - Coffee and tea drinkers formula, you can get it from boots for £3.99 with a toothbrush, its really good! I would say thats worked for me! x

    1. So glad it isn't just my teeth it wouldn't work with, haha! Ok, will give White Glo a go :)

  2. I bought the cheap version of Crest Whitestrips. I didn't want to pay $50 for something, and got the cheaper equivalent, they were Equate trays or something like that. Actually worked, and was only 15 bucks!

  3. You could try some home whitening kits before going to a clinic. I am using Stella white strips which I can really recommend you to try, they are quite affordable as well. ;)
