Covergirl Lashblast Fusion Mascara.

As I've been away the past few weeks I haven't really posted many beauty posts lately, and with all of these holiday posts I thought I'd keep you all happy and do a beauty review! I got a few make-up and beauty products when I was in America, and there is one that has really stood out for me. I'll be reviewing all of them over the next few weeks, but for now, here's my favourite;

Covergirl Lashblast Fusion Mascara.

When I lived in Australia, Covergirl Lashblast was my favourite mascara. Then we moved back to England, and they don't sell it here. Boo. I used to stock up every time I went back to Aus when I was going twice a year, but I haven't been back for a year now, so I had to stock up in America. Where I found this beauty. Lashblast Fusion. Length, as well as volume.

Easy to apply, and even easier to re-apply, I am obsessed. I got the waterproof version, and am SO impressed that it doesn't make my lashes hard and brittle like other waterproof mascaras do. I can re-apply without it going clumpy, unlike others, and yesterday a friend asked if I was wearing false lashes - nope, all natural, baby!

I also love the fact the brush has little plastic bristles rather than the usual chunky things you get on a lot of mascaras. They really do make it super easy to apply and it helps with the whole no clump thing.

One eye has the mascara, and the other doesn't, even though my lashes are naturally long and thick, you can still see the huge difference the mascara makes! Sorry one of my eyes is kinda bloodshot, I accidentally left my eye make-up on Friday night and it got inside the eye and made it all sore :(

Not sure about you lot, but I find eye photos kinda creepy... :/

And the best thing about this mascara? It cost me just $8 (around £6) from Walmart. Bargain of the year I'd say! This is now replacing my Lancome Hypnose Drama. Not only is it better, but it's also way cheaper! If you want to buy it, there seem to be a few floating around on Ebay, or maybe try Amazon?

Have you tried this mascara? What's your favourite one?

  5. I love this stuff, picked it up in Canada and it's great, makes lashes look like a better version of themselves- natural. I hate it when mascara looks fake!

    1. Exactly - I love how it doesn't clump and fans them out individually to make them look more natural, and it isn't so stiff that it feels and looks fake
