Jubilee Weekend Day 2 - Pack up Your Troubles.

On the bank holiday Monday I had to work...at 7am. But thankfully I finished at 2pm and headed straight into London for celebrations at the Kensington Roof Gardens garden party. We had a delicious BBQ, wandered around the gardens chatting to the Flamingos, sprawled ourselves across the Moo Room, before strolling down to Hyde Park for some fun on the Boris Bikes whilst listening to the concert on the big screens.

Enjoy the photos! (photo heavy post...)

Showing off my shoes and red nails...(just an excuse for Sid to touch my leg, clearly)

Feeling a liiiiittle unsteady after years of not being on a bike!

Oooh, that's how you do it! Feeling much better about it all now...

Singing along to the concert....and telling people to move out of my way!

 Yayyy!

"Pack up your troubles in your old kit-bag
And smile, smile, smile,
While you've a Lucifer to light your fag,
Smile, boys, that's the style.
What's the use of worrying?
It never was worthwhile, so
Pack up your troubles in your old kit-bag,
And smile, smile, smile."

  1. My partner took me for a meal at Babylon at the Roof Gardens for our engagement evening, it's so beautiful! Such a lovely place. Looks like you had a fabulous time in London.

    1. It's so beautiful! I've only ever seen it at night when I've been clubbing so it was great to see it in the daytime :)
